Draft at brewpub. Another stone cold killer. Pours yellow with a finger of white head and lots of effervescence. The taste is mellow but flavorful. The peppers give flavor without heat. Pint at the brewpub on my visit to Park City. Aroma of jalapeno right up front which I was pleasantly surprised. Flavors of some faint hops, caramel, and them the spice from the jalapeno bites you in the back of the throat. In a good subtle way. Well crafted folks! Aroma is all jalapeno. It’s dominant in the flavor, too; but supported by some light bready/corn and sweet malts. Spicy in the mouth and throat for a while after swallowing--but, it’s not as painful as some other "pepper" beers I’ve had.

Like biting into a fresh picked jalapeno. Smooth undertones, with just a little bit of sweet mouth heat. On tap at Wasatch Brew Pub. Pours clear. Overall, sweet, spice, and pretty nice.
