Aromapleasant, nice herbal-grassy hop feel. Soft golden malts below. 7+
Top: presentable bright white cap.
Base: pale, sunny gold.
Palate : lighter in body, medium light carbonation.
Taste: tad thin yet quiet refreshing. Clean and enjoyable especially in hit days.
12oz bottle pours a clear pale golden with a thin white head. Mild malt and yeast aroma with some zesty grapefruit. Taste of mildly sweet hops, a hint of yeast, with very mild citrus. Boring but drinkable. wlajwl (6742) - Quad Cities, Iowa, USA - JUN 1, 2015
Aroma is grains/grainy malts and pale lager sweetness. The flavor is malts/grains, very slightly spicy and a mix of mild sweetness and beery in the finish.

Pours gold into a shaker. Bright white head with good retention recedes to skim surface. Sour caramel aromas. Sweet bread caramel upfront turning to sour malt before the mildly hot bitter finish. jake65 (3592) - Meridian, Idaho, USA - JUL 23, 2014
Bottle, aliased as Last One in Lager. Much cooler label... pours a pale yellow with a modest white head. Neat bits of lacing. Nose is grassy, bready, and somewhat herbal. Great mouthfeel for the style, thick and thin at the same time. Soothing. Mild flavors of grass, florals, and pilsner malt. Decent. TXBadger (2811) - Dallas, Texas, USA - JUN 26, 2014
Pours an amber color with off-white head. Cereal grains mainly on the nose a little hop grass; follows onto the palate. Homer321 (5006) - Melboring, Florida, USA - MAY 1, 2014
Bottle thanks to Douglas. Pours a slightly hazy yellow color with minimal white head. Aroma shows some light white bread malt character with a touch of rosey, flowery esters or hops. Taste is initially quite bitter but then shows some malt sweetness with a touch of honey flavor. Hop flavor is quite low, but I think this bottle has a few months on it, or more. Finish is slightly sweet, and carbonation is a touch low. Otherwise this held up pretty well. MetalNHopHead (1886) - Lincoln, Nebraska, USA - JAN 7, 2014
UPDATED: FEB 18, 2015 There’s nothing terribly offensive about this pilsner, it’s just not as crisp, clean, or smooth as you’d like it to be. The graininess seems unrefined and the mouthfeel can be prickly. These things prevent Summerbrau from being a go-to choice for sweltering days. Still, it’s an okay pils with suitable hoppiness and overall flavor.
