COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This lager is our homage to one of Utah’s favorite traditions – raging houseboat parties on Lake Powell. Crisp and refreshing, it’s perfect for hot days, warm summer night – and groggy mornings.

Bottle thanks to douglas88. Pours darkish gold with a big frothy white head. Bready aroma. Perhaps a bit of noble hop. Near medium body with decent carbonation. Flavor is bready and hallertauish. Finish is mildly bitter. It’s on its way to being a German pilsener, not just a pale lager. Some light fruit developed somewhere, I’ve just noticed.

On tap at Flying Saucer. Pours a clear orange copper with a small off white head. The aroma is sweet bread and floral hops. Thin mouthfeel with a sweet malt and citrus with a nice crisp finish. Easy to drink, a good pilsener from Wasatch.

Bottle poured a clear gold with a lasting white head. Aromas of straw, light carmel and a hint of spice. Palate was light bodied and smooth. Flavors of straw, light carmel and a hint of spice with a smooth lightly bitter lingering malty finish.

Not a typical pilsener. It reminds me more of a clean tasting pale ale, not true to style.
