No bones about it: our Belgian Style White Ale is thoroughly unique. The zest of orange rides side-saddle with coriander to create a beer that’s perfect for riding the open-range – or lounging in the backyard.

Bottle: hazy yellow with white head. Nose of husky grains and wheat, light coriander and yeast. Flavor is hoppy and yeasty with some biscuit notes and a snappy citrus note in the finish. Lemony and thin bodied.

12 oz bottle. Pours a hazy honey color, no lacing. Aroma is a concentrated grassy malt, with cloves. Flavor is nice and malty, some honey tones as well. Overall a nice witbier.

Purchased at the state liquor store in Provo Utah. Drank and rated while watching world cup soccer. Go Germany. Very nice starter beer. Easy to consume with nice clove bannana citrus flavors.

12oz local bottle. Good beer but seems a little outside the normal Belgian witbier class. Maybe a little too much wheat, banana and lemon. Refreshing and a fuller than expected mouthfeel.

Pours a hazed yellow with a white head. Aroma is coriander, yeast, spices, banana, band aid. Flavor is wheat, banana, yeast, spices, band aids pepper. Well balanced and easy to drink. The band aid isn’t bad, but it’s there.......... just sayin..... but this is still pretty good.

Bottle pours hazy yellow-gold with a decent sized white head. Aroma is wheat, lemon, coriander, bubblegum, with additional light notes of banana and yeast. Flavor shows the same. Overall nice interpretation of a belgian wit from a Utah brewer. Who woulda thunk it?

mbgrayson (787) - Anaconda, Montana, USA - APR 17, 2010
Pours an opaque straw color. Not much head. Very clear citrus flavor, A drinkable enough wheat beer, but not great. While this isn’t my favorite style, it is still enjoyable.

Pretty decent white with a citrus finish. Good beer but there are a lot better whites out there, don’t know if I would buy this one again.
