12 oz bottle. Bottled 07/03/13. (Whole Foods Market) Baton Rouge, LA.BVery (11241) - Plymouth, Minnesota, USA - MAY 2, 2012
Cloudy yellow colour with a small white head.
Yeast, sweet, citrus, spices and wheat in the aroma.
The flavour is sweet fruity, yeasty and wheaty. Tasty. Mild citrus bitterness. Very drinkable. Maybe a bit too sweet to be excellent.
UPDATED: JAN 1, 2014 Bottle. Lighter yellow pour with a small white head. Nose and taste of wheat, coriander, lemon, and a touch of yeast. Tasty enough - good hot day brew. daknole (11050) - Scottsdale, Arizona, USA - JAN 7, 2010

12oz bottle split with my mom, it was a gift from my parents from a recent roadtrip. She said she got it for $1.49 from a liquor store. Mostly clear pale yellow color, minimal head, barely any lacing. Visible active carbonation. On the first sip, it’s clear that this is a great belgian white. Very interesting spicy nose, my mom said it had "Lebanese spices". I’m not sure which, but I think I’m getting that as well. Maybe thyme? Mildly sweet taste that only improves through the finish. Great spicy aftertaste. Good carbonation, seemingly light-ish body, drinkablity, and texture. This might be the tastiest witbier I’ve ever had. M: "Seven Spice." (After sniffing a jar of Seven Spice, she’s totally right. All-spice, pepper, ginger, nutmeg, cloves was listed on the jar. Seems about right.) douglas88 (9573) - Portland, Oregon, USA - NOV 26, 2008
Bottle from the State Liquors store. Pours a cloudy light orange color with a small white head. The aroma is full of citrus; some lemon and perhaps apricot, some spices also. The taste is pretty smooth; some light spices, apricot, lemon, and orange, some yeast and perhaps a bit of sulfur. Not bad at all, a very nice addition to the Utah line up.

Courtesy of douglas88, thanks. Pours modestly hazy deep gold with nice off white head. The aroma is fruity with apples and pears to go along with yeast and cloves. The taste is sweet with apples, a sweetness like candi sugar, a sense of wheat and spices such as cloves and coriander. Nice brew with tasty balanced flavor notes.
