No bones about it: our Belgian Style White Ale is thoroughly unique. The zest of orange rides side-saddle with coriander to create a beer that’s perfect for riding the open-range – or lounging in the backyard.

Pours to a really pale yellow body with lots of carbonation and a thin creamy white head. The aroma seemed to have a lot of Saaz hops. Some light coriander and yeast. The flavor is pretty much the same. Saaz are apparent, but then subtle coriander and wheat. Almost like it is a blend of a white ale and a pilsner.

bottle hauled back from utah by superdave70... hazy sunshiny yellow with a frothy white head and some drips of foam. it smells crisp, light and refreshing.... a mix of dusty wheat, pale grainy sweetness, orange, earthy spice and a little yeast. the flavor has a slight tart note to it... almost like sour cream... lemon, orange, wheat, coriander/earthiness, florals and a muddy/dirty finish. that tartness combined with citrus take care of the finish and make the light to medium body crisp, refreshing and terribly sessionable. 6/3/7/3/14/3.3

Bottle - Clear pale yellow with a thin bubbly white head. Nose is perfume, orange, light coriander, sweet malt and a touch of soap. Taste is soapy, with a bit of citrus, a hint of spice, and some mineral notes. Finishes sweet and fruity. Lots of carbonation and a big fluffy body.

Via trade with Douglas88.. The aroma is yeasty, pepper, apples, apple juice. The appearance is light yellow, hazy, white head. The flavor is peppery, fruity, apples. The finish is pepper, light hops. Thin to medium in body. Nicely done. Thanks, Douglas.

Bottle courtesy Douglas88. Pours a slightly hazy yellow with a thin white head. Citrus zest and coriander spice aroma and a little pepper. Taste is light and malty with a little orange and coriander, maybe some lemon. Light and refreshing, this works very well on a hot humid Florida day.

12 0z bottle from AJs in Scottsdale. Hazy straw with lasting white head. Strong syrupy orange aroma. Orange creamsickle sweet vanilla with minial spice in finish. Not good for a white. Not too good for an American wheat either.

3.3
cbkschubert (2901) - BFE, Arizona, USA - JUL 26, 2009
12 oz. bottle from Plaza Liquors - Pours a clear light golden color with a 3/4 finger thick white head. Light spotty lacing. Aroma is spice, grain, esters, and light yeast. Flavor is spice, sweet malt, and a touch of yeast. Medium body. A decent beer.
