Wasatch has brewed an excellent Belgium style white ale. It’s not much to look at, but it tastes pretty good. JPDIPSO (6257) - Wauwatosa, USA - OCT 28, 2016
Light straw color with a white head. Water pale malt with light orange blossoms and a bit of lemon zest in the background. Doughy sweet flavors with a bit of white glue. Some circus peanut flavors show up late. Close, but not quite. 5/11

A- Cloves, coriander, wheat, eggs, lemon.
A- Pale yellow color, hazy liquid, minimal head.
T- Coriander, cloves, wheat, spices.
P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, spiced finish.
O- A little light. Then again, I had this bottle sitting around for way to long, so it certainly wasn’t in it’s prime. Lots of spice and wheat on the palate and nose. Otherwise a pretty standard wit. jake65 (3978) - Meridian, Idaho, USA - JUL 3, 2014
Bottle: Yellow in color, translucent, bubbly, and a finger of white head. Nose is malty, some yeast, and faint undetermined spices. Tastes maltier than expected, some orange zest, spice, and Belgian yeast. Coriander, that’s what it is... thank you Ratebeer description. Drinks easy, but its a little too sweet for me. commonshawn (1297) - Minnesota, USA - JUN 28, 2014
Bottle. Light hazy yellow with white head. Smells of citrus, yeast, lemon. Crisp and effervescent. A bit funky, but also flat in the middle. Tastes very much like a typical white ale. It was ok. patrick767 (4063) - fort wayne, Indiana, USA - JUN 2, 2014
bottle - This brew has a tart, citrusy, yeasty aroma. It tastes sweet and spicy, maybe a little too sweet, and has a light to medium body and a lively palate. Overall it’s a good wit.
