Pours a ruby dark copper with a one finger frothy light tan head. The nose is malty and sweet, raisiny, nice pungent nose. Good malt complexities. Flavor is a step down. Less held together. Sweet, malty, mild peanut shell flavor. Palate is a little bland and watery. So much potential going in. gkost (1069) - Alaska, USA - JUN 14, 2009
