(Draught) Pours a lightly hazy golden body with a small white head. Aroma of florals, grain, and minerals. Flavor of grain, grass, corn, and subtle melon rind. jhumphries69 (1034) - Tyrone, Georgia, USA - JUN 18, 2008
On draft at the brewpub. Pours a clear, light yellow with virtually no head. The aroma is bready and grainy. The flavor is strong with crackers and some toasted bread. There is very little hop or yeast character. The finish is refreshing. The mouthfeel is light, not quite watery (close), with some carbonation to keep it a little spritzy. Overall, a drinkable session beer with some pleasant, bready characters - but nothing to write home about. jcwattsrugger (12471) - Florida and, New Jersey, USA - MAR 13, 2006

Clear straw body with white head, nice lacing. Aroma is minimal, bread, light fruit. Taste is medium sweet, melon, some berry, bread. Soft light-medium body. tiggmtl (4544) - East York, Ontario, CANADA - APR 2, 2005
Mild grainy malts with light cabbagey DMS and fair fruitiness to the nose. Clear golden coloured body with decent white head that covers and coats the glass. Grainy malt flavour with a light fruitiness and very mild bitterness. Nice and flavourful example of the style especially considering the low ABV. Light, crisp body with fair carbonation. Sampled at the brewpub with MartinT, muzzlehatch and Rastacouere. muzzlehatch (4963) - Beloit, Wisconsin, USA - APR 1, 2005
New England Road Trip Easter ’05 with MartinT, tiggmtl and Rastacouere, beer #51. Sample at the brewpub. Clear bubbly blonde with a smelly vegetal nose...bland sweet corn flavor with a bit of hay texture...full, somewhat sticky body. MartinT (9961) - Montreal, Quebec, CANADA - MAR 29, 2005
Lactic cereal and pungent hay aroma predict a crisp malting and lingering husks...Dry grass and citrusy dew keep things interesting...Well-done for the house blond... Rastacouere (6177) - Montreal, Quebec, CANADA - MAR 29, 2005
Light clear gold, honest white film, mellow carbonation. Soft grainy and corny nose reminds me of popcorn, but somehow pleasant as it comes from vegetal hops rather than straight DMS. It’s just soo light. The softest pils malt just pushes and pushes to hold any trace of flavours over that watery background. Short-flavored, clean and thin..
