COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Light-copper colored and medium-bodied, this is a beer that brewpubs build their reputations on. We are no different. High quality British and American malts and hops are employed in creating a classic Anglo-American Pale Ale. Subtle fruitiness partnered with a mannered mild bitterness make this beer a excellent partner with anything on our menu. 12 Plato ... 24 IBU's ...

UPDATED: OCT 12, 2003 Cask conditioned ale. "Totem on Oak". Very dark brown color. Served quite warm. Nice smooth mouthfeel. Easy drinker. Very flavorful. Quite malty and yet with a somewhat fruity hop finish. Good stuff!

Medium amber color, small tan head, no lacing. Aroma is light, malty and sweet. Flavor is light malty sweetness, some hints of syrup, and very light hops in the end. A little light and watery feeling on the palate.

Dark amber color accompanied by a tan tinged head. Refreshing for a muggy September eve.
