Aroma – Deep sweet aroma of both hops and malts.
Appearance – Amber in color, small head and clear.
Flavor – Had a great malt flavor with the right amount of hops this was a great beer.
Palate – Great Mouthfeel, good texture with a dry finish.
Overall – A very nice Amber ale. Easy to drink the hops and malts where balanced very well.
7/28/07 On draught at the brewery. Aroma is all sweet malt forward with caramel, light roast and citrus. Appearance is hazy copper with a low off-white head. Flavor is sweet malt forward with a light bittering balance; simple, but good. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with a low carb feel and a slightly resiny finish. Overall, not bad and easy drinking; the simplicity works for this brew. Delirium (670) - Falmouth, Cornwall, ENGLAND - AUG 15, 2006
Draught at the brewpub. Pours dark amber with a thin white head. Aroma is caramelly, with a bit of light hops. Flavor is the same, but more interesting than most amber ales in my opinion---the caramel has hints of brown sugar and even slightly burnt toffee, and there are enough light hops to keep things interesting. I’d drink this again. bitbucket (2165) - Kirkland, Washington, USA - SEP 2, 2006
Draft at the brewpub. Yet another interesting beer name to front a not-so-interesting beer. Maybe that’s being to hard - this is a nothing style, and there are enough hops to keep it above the sea of really bland amber ales. Pours clear amber with a ring of white foam. Lightish body, medium carbonation, taste of nuts and caramel. Enniskillen (2060) - Bakersfield, California, USA - AUG 1, 2007
Body is a deep amber, had a nice head that laced the glass for days. Aroma is a light hoppiness, with caramel. Taste is more like an ESB then an amber, nice light hoppiness to it, light caramel.

Dark hazy amber colour. Caramelly, with light leafy hops. That’s it. Seriously. Very standard fare. I’ve had this beer 150 times and it never excites nor impresses.
Draught @ the brewpub. Pours a clear dark amber color with a small off-white head. Hasa a malty caramel aroma with some hoppy hints. Sweetish malty caramel flavor. Has a sweetish malty caramel finish with some hoppy hints in the aftertaste. BückDich (5464) - McCall, Idaho, USA - FEB 11, 2007
Tap: Amber, nice head and lacing. Nose of light fruit, husky malt. No hop. The flavor is thin and watery, light oxidation, husky, meh. SrSilliGose (3331) - pouring bus, New Brunswick, CANADA - MAY 29, 2010
tap at brewpub. pours a clear copper. not much goin on in the nose. flavor is brown sugar, cane sugar, bock like sweet doughy malts. dried up grains. Angeloregon (2055) - Portland, Oregon, USA - AUG 1, 2008
On tap at Water Street Brewing in Port Townsend, WA--Poured a deep amber body with no head and a big citrus and caramel nose. Funky. Something was way off here. Had the least watery finish of all the beers I experienced on my visit to Water Street, but still was a little too sticky
