Deep copper, topped with a thin, off-white film that left nice bits of lace. Citrus aroma, more orangey but hints of grapefruit. Sweet & malty to start, honey and caramel with a nice hoppy, citric ending.

Sample at Delafield. Decent hop aroma and flavor. Copper color body. Most likeley a good quencher for a humid day in Wi. MIBRomeo (2570) - Wisconsin, USA - AUG 7, 2005
golden color small white head light light carmel and weak cascade hop. Palate is rich & carbonated. Flavor is a nice cascade bitter w/ a hint of carmel malt. Very simple but not to bad. 1FastSTi (3360) - Glendale, Wisconsin, USA - AUG 6, 2005
Pours to a bronze, straw colored body with a creamy white head and excellent lacing. The aroma is lightly hopped. Sweet malts. The flavor is hoopy, grass and strawberries, citrus, and flowers. This is the best tasting of the beers sampled thus far. The palate is mediocre. hopdog (12510) - Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA - JUL 11, 2005
On tap at the Water Street in Delafield location. Poured a medium amber color with a small sized white head. Aromas and tastes of caramel and citrus.

UPDATED: JUN 19, 2005 On tap at their downtown Milwaukee location. Light copper appearance, white head, decent lacing. Aroma has some decent floral notes with a touch of citrus. Flavor has a delectable citrus bent to it with some underlying nuttiness and spruciness. Decently thick mouthfeel. One of the better ones from my sample at Water Street. Very nice pale ale, somewhat of a surpirise for this brewpub. But nothing remarkable. JCapriotti (1379) - Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA - JAN 4, 2005
Lasting white head, slightly cloudy bright reddish amber. Nice fresh grapefruit in nose, and taste. Weird pineapple lifesavor taste in there. Good PA, but not fond of the seemingly sweet adjunct. StewardofGondor (1934) - Washington Heights - Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA - DEC 21, 2004
A very welcomed change for my taste buds after trying their Black Lager. This one is very cloudy - a deep orangish-brownish haze. Smelled of oranges and spice, with a slight wiff of banannas. Beer had a great spicy bite with some strong hops to give it a great finish. As far as ales go, I liked this one a lot. badgerben (5178) - Blaine, Minnesota, USA - OCT 14, 2004
Gold color with a thin head. Vaguely hoppy aroma. Decent balance of malt and hops. Not much to set it apart from any others.
