Appearance - golden amber with a nice creamy head.
Nose - biscuits and hay.
Taste - toffee, more hay, malt bag.
Palate - light to medium bodied with a crunchy texture and a long dry crunchy finish.

Cask handpull, The Watermill, Ings, Cumbria, 17/02/13. Slim-haloed pale ruby. Nose of shandy and cola flavoured confectionery. Cola cubes, boiled veg, cinnamon and berry flavoured boiled sweet notes. At least it tastes a bit different.
