Pours a hazy gold rocky head that fades quickly. Aroma fresh bread, some apricot and some subtle cloves. Taste has breadcrust malt flavor, spicy clove phenolics, nicely balanced. Medium body medium carbonation.

Bottle from Mam and Dads holiday Ypres, Belgium. A cloudy golden beer that pours with a large head of white foam. It has a flavour of pineapple and slight sour citrus fruits followed by a clean peppery hoppy and earthy finish. Nice!

bottle @ Party Town / Florence KY --- Hazy dirty medium amber color, white head cover, curtain of lace. Aroma of malt and cereal. Taste is bracing semi-sweet malt and yeast that has a strong carbonation edge as it moves through the palate, continuing to pure bittering that turns sweeter with fruit and bubblegum as it drifts through the finish. Some alcohol warmth turns up late. Yes, its a traditional Abbey Ale, but, very well done. Recommended.

Feels very standard Tripel, tho balance makes it enjoyable. Intense maltiness, some toast, bit candy sugar, some dried fruits, bit bubble gum, some hops in background. Bit too overcarbonated for my like. Moderate to light sweetness, light bitterness. Well balanced and pleasant brew

Bottle. Cloudy, deep honey color with thick, big bubbles, off-white head. Candied sugar aroma with malt notes. Sweet citrus malt upfront followed by clove and pleasant hop bitterness. Some warming alcohol and a crisp bite in the finish. Mouthcoating and full-bodied. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

330ml bottle. Pours a pale straw colour with very faint haze and a one finger head of fine white bubbles. On the nose an interesting faint lime peel aroma, mineral notes, the ol Belgian yeast/wet concrete notes, light chamomile, and honey. Taste is mineral heavy with a sweet undertone up front that leads into more mineral heavy hops with Belgian yeast, light citrus, and honey with a bitter finish. Though an ale, it kind of comes across as a kickass Euro-lager. Great stuff!

Dorata, velata dai lieviti, schiuma bianca poco persistente. Corpo medio, mediamente carbonata, retrolfatto pepato e balsamico.
