[ As Way Atemoia Stout ].
Clear dark brown colour with a small to average, frothy, good - fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, chocolate, spicy, mint, spicy fruity ( Atemoia i asume ! ). Flavour is light heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
On tap @ Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2013. A dark as hell brown one with a big really good looking and lingering ashy brown top. It smells of, well not to stout to honest. Mild, some chocolate and I’m having a hard time identifying anything else. Lots of green dry banana in the taste here. A bit of a downer to be hones. Light roasted, but it’s astringent as hell - that’s lasting all the way. Not a very successful one. 04.05.2013 madmitch76 (25537) - , Essex, ENGLAND - JUN 22, 2013
