Maybe a little to much taste from the barrel, but otherwise, much better than I expected. Taste and aroma of raisins, plumbs, dried fruits and some kind of liquer I didnt understood what it was.

02-MAY-2014, draft @CBC, blue session. Dark, dark brown, no head. Aroma is mostly barrels. Taste is mostly alcohol. There are some barley wine notes under neath but faint. People serving this are far more drunk than I am. Not a good sign.

[email protected] Clear amber color, small white head. Toffee and alcohol in the nose. Medium to full-bodied. Very sweet, a bit boozy in the finish. Easy to drink for this ABV. Apple, light hoppyness.

Draught at Mikkeller Bar, Viktoriagade
Muddy dull amber color with brown hue and no head. Aroma of spirit, it smells a bit like tequila (more agave based than sugar cane based), rum later, and light oak. Strong body, but the mouthfeel is flat and a bit oily; malt flavor, very sweet, with a boozy character, cane sugar spirit; relatively strong bitterness, a bit woody, hint of Marsala wine (therefore lightly oxidized).
If I think of this as a liquor and not as a beer, its quite good. But rather cloying in big quantities.

Nstan lite glggaktig eller r det gluhwein. Mrks tydligt att den r lagrad p fat. ABV dljs inte direkt. Stman frn alkoholen, skulle sga att den r fr kraftig. Kanske lite mandel i eftersmaken.

Frsta intryck: In your face! Mer smakfullt n shr kan det nog inte bli. Smaken bar toner av sviskon, pple, mango och alkohol, kroppen r galet stabil och balansen r nrvarande.

On tap @ Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2013. A blurry dark rusty golden one with a selection translucent big bubbly top. Smells yeasty and fruity somewhat sweet also, and definitely alcoholic. I kinda like it. Sweet and sticky on the mouthfeel, almost no carbonation what so ever. Its strong and boozy, quite mouthdrying indeed. Peppery almost burning on the tongue in the finish with a yeast nutty aftertaste. A fair finisher of CBC 2013.good night. 04.05.2013

On tap @ Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2013. Blurry dark bronze in the color with a near non existing light sidesticking translucent bubbly head. It smells of fruits, quite sweet, its almost grassy in a way and glazed fruits comes to mind. Phenols and alcohol in the taste at first, but it evolves. Light nutty, some cherry and definitely raw alcohol. Lots of really old and ripe fruits in the finish and aftertaste. Drinkable, a bit to nutty bitter for my taste. 03.05.2013
