Hazy blond color. Interesting aroma, pungent fruit, hint of petroleum. Tart, weak body, a bit lemony.
310ml bottle @ Josh's. Pours a hazy golden colour with a small white head. Nose is unclean alcohol, green stalky vegetation, and some wild yeasts. Flavour is semi puckering sour, yeasty, light funk, and earthy. Oakes (19549) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - SEP 7, 2017
Yellowish colour. Not much aroma. The aroma is full of band-aid, and that kind of blows everything else out of the water. On the palate, you get a little bit of fruit, and still some band-aid phenols. There's just too many issues with this one, to really capture the fruit, and to really let the good elements to shine through. mcberko (20255) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - SEP 7, 2017
10.5 oz. bottle, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out dry tart citrus, light lacto and dry wood. Flavour is nice and dry, with notes of lacto, wood, and citrus. A bit of old band-aid in there too that messes with this. Something a bit off here. Not terrible, but this is off the mark.

Bottle in Seattle. Purchased at Belmont Station. Small foam head, bubby body, light hazed pale orange. Pretty big and bright aroma, clean fruits and a little sour-tart too. Rather tart, seemingly both from the flavor of the caju fruit and the beer style itself. Punchy flavors, a real kick, along with a rather cloying and full sweetness. Hits you in the gums squarely. Very interesting fruit flavor and a lambic-like sour yeast flavor. Earthy, leathery funk. This is bigger and better than I was expecting. Rather tasty, and certainly interesting. kraddel (9424) - Antwerp, BELGIUM - JUN 27, 2017

Clear pale yellow beer, small creamy white head, little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: very spicy, floral, soapy, perfume. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: fruity start, lemony, very sour, more lemon juice. AFtertaste: sourish, little bitter, bit chemical, fruity touch, decent, but not getting very excited about this one.
F: medium size, white, quick gone.
C: yellow, light hazy.
A: fruity sourness, brett, woody, basement.
T: sour fruity, woody, funky, medium body, low to medium carbonation, I have to try caju fruits next time because the beer is not very tasty for me, sample from bottle @ LIBF 2017 in Leuven.

LIBF2017.
