UPDATED: AUG 29, 2013 Fantastic to see a kellerbier, and also to see an Australian micro that doesn’t use Australian malt.... or Galaxy hops!.... This seems like it was a good potential beer, but had issues with yeast - shocking aroma of (what I think is) acetaldehyde spoils the whole thing. Once that dissipated a bit there was some quality bready, oily, maltiness, spicy and minty hops and rye in the finish. Fairly sticky and sweet at first but dry in the finish. Lovely lacing on a hazy copper beer. Clean up the aroma and this could be a great beer. [2.3] rer8: been meaning to give this another go for a while. well the aroma is much better now - malty, faint german hops, bit of dms. authentically bavarian tasting - malty and caramelly upfront but finishing very dry, not too bitter but certainly balanced enough, with pleasantly herbal hops - dryhopped? touch of dms/diacetyl but not too much - adds to the rustic kellerbierness of it. i’ll be getting some more of this stuff - flavoursome beer.
Pours gold, small head.
Nose shows spicy and herbal hops along with banana and soft grainy malt.
Flavours include more grainy malt, cardboard and spicy hops. Not great. guedesadm (1) - - JUN 13, 2017 does not count
Interessante. Parecia fruity no começo mas se deve ao wheat. Vale somente pra degustação.

On tap at Basement Brewhouse. Thin film with lacing like your gran’s curtsins. Flat light bronze, light fragrance, great flavour not very lingering, more quenching. Popcorn and orange zest. Something to sit on, one maybe two at the most, enjoyable. TedE (1299) - Sydney, AUSTRALIA - DEC 17, 2016
UPDATED: DEC 17, 2016 Pint on tap at brewery. Grainy hoppy nose. Hazy amber beer with thin film on top. No carbonation. Sweet, malty, grainy. Standard sweet lager but good with it.

Bottle- pours pale gold with a white head. Aroma is mildly fruity and biscuit malt. Taste is very light bit of malt and hop.

Hazy straw beer, fluffy white head.
Not a lot on the nose - grainy malts, bit of minerality.
Light bodied, quite refreshing & dry.
Body somewhat sweet upfront, good measure of toasty, crusty cereal malts. Finishes with low sort of bitterness, some lingering earthy yeast sort of character.

Hazy to cloudy straw yellow to pale golden color, white head. Malty, grainy, breadcrust scent. Malty, sweet, grainy taste. Grainy aftertaste. Medium mouthfeel, low to very low bitterness.
Tap. Clear, orange, frothy, tan foam, medium sweetness, medium bitterness, medium body, thin feel, soft carbonation, & bitter finish.
