Growler at Jackie Os (from notes). Pours very dark brown/black with a thin beige head. The aroma has dark roasted malts, dark chocolate, bourbon, ash, dark fruits and a hint of smoke. The flavor is roasted malts, dark chocolate, bourbon, vanilla, ash, earthy hops and a hint of smoke. The dark fruits also are there. Good bitterness at the back with quite a bit of barrel, smooth mouth feel and medium body. Better out of the barrel. Sampled at Cincy beerfest also.
