Sample at the brewpub. Pours almost black with a medium and creamy khaki head that diminishes steadily. Patchy lacing on the glass. Roasty aroma with notes of malt and chocolate. Medium-bodied with a pleasant roasted character and flavors of malt, chocolate and coffee. The finish is dry and roasty with a coffee and sweet malt aftertaste. Pretty good overall. Taster on tap at Casa. Labeled simply "Weasel Boy Stout". Black color, though not totally opaque. Good roast malt flavor. Light dark fruit. Bit of tobacco. Light molasses. Medium body. Slightly chewy texture. A little watery in the body, though. Light carbonation. Little khaki head, not much lace. Some milk chocolate. Little coffee in the finish. Light bitter taste. More sweet. A fine stout. Skinnyviking (9570) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - OCT 26, 2016

Shared a pint of this at Weasel Boy brewpub. Poured a black color with virtually no head aside from a small wispy one. Aroma was a roasted malt one with a nice coffee kick. Flavor was nice, roasted and malty, with a enjoyable light bitter coffee note. JaBier (7973) - Capital City, Ohio, USA - JUN 14, 2009
Sample at Weasel Boy. Dark brown pour with a medium tan head. Roasty coffee aroma that you’d expect in a dry stout. Malty up front with a full roasty coffee finish. Pretty good for a dry stout. FROTHINGSLOSH (7796) - GREENSBURG, Pennsylvania, USA - NOV 17, 2015
Sampled on draft at the brewpub this beer poured a black color with a large creamy beige head that left decent lacing. The aroma was bitter with licorice and burnt sugar notes. The flavor was fairly bitter and roasty with coffee, wood and a hint of leather. Medium length finish. Medium body. Meh. BuckeyeBoy (7719) - Boise, Idaho, USA - SEP 20, 2008
On tap Weasel Boy Brewing Zanesville, OH. Pours out a nice black with a small tan head. A nice sweet aroma of vanilla and coffee. Tast more of the sweetness I picked up brown sugar, molasses, and even a little cherry. A nice brew.
