On draft pours a hazy golden amber with a thin of white head. Aroma is hoppy real earthy tones and sweet caramel malt. Flavor is nicely bitter and just like aroma would suggest a nice balance between sweet malt and bitter hop the hops are bright and American I’m guessing. Courtesy of Schroppfy. Hazy pale body with a medium white head. Citrus hop nose with tangerine, honey, flowers, very light cattiness and cotton candy, The flavor is lightly sweet, moderately bitter with tangerine, apricot, grapefruit, light caramel and flowers. Dank, stanky, herbacious monster. Drippingly resinous. Intensely tangerine (suggestion of Summit by Jay!). Not the maltiest of IPAs by any means, this is hop city. Super fruity.

UPDATED: OCT 25, 2009 Sample at Weasel Boy. Cloudy amber pour with a big off-white head. Earthy hop aroma with some malt for balance. More earthy hop in the flavor with some cereal-ish malt. Not bad, but I was expecting more. UPDATED 10/25: Got to try this again yesterday and it must have been a fresher keg because it was way different. More hop character came out with some citrus and the cereal-ish malt wasn’t there. On tap at Brew Week in Athens. Deep copper and cloudy. Strong, tall head that laces well. Hops are almost overbearing and drown out the malt heaviness. Leaves a sour finish Capa (3623) - DC, Washington DC, USA - OCT 31, 2011
Growler. Pour is nice and copper orange with a white head. Aroma is full of grassy hops, citrus, light floral, and a decent portion of malt. Medium, well-carbonated body. UPDATED: JUN 23, 2013 Excuse me while I gush. I’m still talking about this beer. Sharp, spongy, gooey, dank, damp, herbal, green, wet, damp, I’m running out of words. Smells like a mash of fresh cut lawn clippings, cannabis and mint leaves. The taste HOLY HELL it’s the ickiest of the sticky, it’s insanely bitter, biting and drying, it’s coarse... no shyness at all, just a full force assault of everything hops should be, supercharged bitterness and harshness "balanced" by a chewy, dank, resinous quality. My senses were somewhat "amplified" at the time I drank this, for the record, so that probably had a lot to do with it, but I don’t care, because this beer fucking rocks.
