Cask at the Coach and Horses, Weatheroak Hill, Alvechurch. Poured a clear golden brown with a broken tan head and broken lace. The aroma is of toffee and malt and just a touch fruity. The flavour is medium bitter, with malt and hints of caramel and spice on the palate. A really superb session bitter packed with flavour. One of the best traditional English bitters Ive tasted.

Cask conditioned at Banbury Beer Fest 10. Gold with white head. Solid malty, fruity bitter, nothing spectacular, just easily drinkable. Apricot note with a slight perfume. Pretty steady.
