Draft. Aroma of pepper and high-register citrus. Flavors of lime, lemon, and something a teeny bit sweet and almost melon-like. Total winner. coolpop (1394) - Birmingham, Alabama, USA - APR 1, 2012
Draft at the brewery. Clear golden with a medium-sized white head. Aroma and flavor were flowery, spicy hops, rather fruity and crackery malt. Medium bitter, medium sweet. Very refreshing. A top notch pilsner -- not watered down at all, very flavorful. Braudog (6669) - Yorktown, Virginia, USA - OCT 9, 2011
Draft at the brewpub. Very hazy, seemingly a trait of Asheville pilsners. Drinks with a nice Teutonic bite, bitter and snappy, tart even. Good stuff. (#4315, 10/5/2011) tmongoose (2504) - Louisville, Kentucky, USA - SEP 6, 2011

Pours golden from tap with a thin white head. Big floral aroma on the nose as well as a lemon vibe. I get a big orange note on the tongue very floral. Clean finisher. Top top pilsner this is.

Serving: Draft at the brewery. It pours a pale yellow. Nose is light with a touch of grain and noble hops. The taste is very clean with a nice lightly grassy bitterness and a touch of malt and dough. Finishes amazingly clean and is perfect for a hot day. Quite nice I must say. anders37 (26137) - Malmö, SWEDEN - JUL 4, 2011
Draft @ Hickory Hops 2011, Hickory, NC. Pours a clear pale golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty grainy slightly grassy citrus hoppy aroma. Fruity malty grainy crisp flavor with hoppy hints. Has a fruity crisp grainy malty hoppy finish. Reebetar100 (13) - Alabama, USA - MAY 15, 2011
Very clean. Light golden color and toasty aroma. Faint citrus hopping. This brewery had high quality beer. Dickinsonbeer (5074) - Hoboken, New Jersey, USA - JAN 24, 2010
Rating from tap sample at Lobster Trap- as this was a better experience than the sample I had at Wedge (which was slightly solvent-like, yeasty and doughy). This sample was nice- clean golden with a thin white head. Aroma is doughy bready pils malt, toast, biscuit and nice clean refreshing zesty saaz hops. Flavor is clean, light mineral, toast, earth and spicy hops, refreshing crackery and bready malt finish with light bitterness- Nice. unclemattie (4358) - Georgia, USA - NOV 12, 2009
Tap @ Wedge Brewing Co.
Clear golden yellow. Aroma of dry straw. Crisp, grassy hop. Light bodied. Clean crisp malt. Very refreshing. Nice herbal hop character. Straw, malted pils notes.
