3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
UPDATED: JUN 18, 2015 really easy to drink if not all that interesting. much prefer the iron rail but this is well balanced with some interest in the finish. pours a bit lighter than my "ideal" apa and somewhat hazy. taste is refreshing- guess I was expecting more with canadian malt being involved........Not bad, not great
6/18/15 Way better than I remember. Nice citrus at the end and super crisp. Still drinks on the lighter side, but perfect for summer. Pitcher went down easily.
Draft at source. Slightlybsweet amlty aroma. Blight citrus hops. Flavor is a weird peppery citrus combo with an almost pepper burn in the back of the throat. Meh. Leighton (22555) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - OCT 30, 2016
Draft at the brewery tap during RBWG 2014 - Asheville. Pours clear yellow with a frothy, white head. Not bad, fairly sweet, with light worty notes, citrus, pale bread. Light bodied with average carbonation. Sweet in the finish, with notes of hay, lemon rind and white bread. Alright. radagast83 (8533) - Arlington, Virginia, USA - SEP 27, 2015
Draft at the brewery. Poured a slightly hazy golden yellow color with a small white head. Aroma was light tropical notes, some pine. Flavor was similar, light crisp notes, tasty fruit and tropical citrus notes. Tasty. Cybercat (6239) - Georgia, USA - MAY 23, 2015
Pours clear golden with a nice eggshell head. Aroma has a note of slightly charred hops - not much else. Flavor has malty and hoppy tones, that’s it. Texture has OK body and little fizz. Fine to slake one’s thirst in this climate-change heat. drfabulous (8683) - Lexington, Kentucky, USA - APR 16, 2015
Draught at brewery. Enjoyed this light fruity pale ale with some big floral aromas in nose and taste.

Tasted on 7/28/12 on draft at the brewpub with Erika. Pours clear orange with an average white head that slowly recedes to thin lace. The nose is hoppy orange peel with a floral note and a touch of bread malt. The flavor is nicely bitter, with the same bready malt, no real orange note, but nice herbal and floral hops. The body is medium with average carbonation and a long bitter resin hops finish. MartinT (10102) - Montreal, Quebec, CANADA - DEC 10, 2014
My Bottom Line: Lubiere (14196) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - DEC 6, 2014
This dank Pale Ale works with earthy and citrusy hop resins to give an impression of freshness and brightness.
Further Personal Perceptions:
-A veil of foam decorates the misty golden veil.
-Drinkability is high.
-This was great with a chile taco from the Korean(?!) food truck at the brewery.
-Carbonation is soft and the body is slender.
On tap at the brewery taproom.
A golden ale with a thin white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with light floral hops, grapefruit pulp, nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with grassy floral hops light citrus pulp, nice pale ale. On tap at brewery. kaser (6409) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - OCT 27, 2014
A nice pale ale. Draft pour at wedge in Asheville. This brewery is pretty crazy. Yellow orange cloudy pour. Fruity Orange aroma. Taste is tropical and citrus - fruity and smooth. rosenbergh (11872) - Tampere, FINLAND - OCT 19, 2014
Draught at the Wedge, Asheville, NC.
Slightly cloudy golden colour with a tiny white head.
Sweet fruity hoppy aroma with maltiness. The flavour is tropical fruits, citrus, mild hoppy bitterness, sweetness and malt. Highly drinkable. Nice.
