COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A unique version of the classic farmhouse ale. Whole Liberty hops are used to dry hop this beer. Citrus, earthy and complex, with a dry finish. A Wedge tribute to the art of Belgian brewing.

Draught at brewery. Interesting saison with light fruit yeast coriander and not really any brett.

Belgium style all that has a very citrus finish. Light golden complexion with limited carbonation makes for a decent beer sipping experience. Beer has a very complicated taste structure ... At times you can taste orange and lemon but at other times you can taste the hops. Very unique beer that is a tribute to the art of Belgian brewing. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap at The Wedge. Orange crystal pour with a fully diminished foam cap. Everything about this brew screams "Orange". The nose is of candied orange and meddling citrus. Flavors are sweet, citric and of multiple levels of oranges... natural and candied. Full of fizzy carbonation, it closes the finish nicely with a grainy bitter. An active mouthfeel and light body ensue. Nice take on the style. Thoroughly enjoyable! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Draft to tulip at Wedge. Looks good; an opaque orange with ample head and carbonation. Smells decent; mild notes of dough and yeast. Tastes decent, but not a typical (super) saison. Some barnyard with an average mouthful. Not bad, but not great.

Topaz color. Great aroma. Yeasty, bready aroma and taste. Grassy notes. Good. Little aftertaste.

Draft at the brewery. Pours a cloudy, deep gold with a medium-sized white head. Aroma is tropical fruits, some yeastiness. Flavor is tropical fruits, some spiciness, yeasty/earthy. Good sweet/bitter balance. Finishes pretty dry. Best saison I’ve had in a while. Wish I lived close to the brewery!

7/18/11 Saison... Orange w/an ow head.clear. A funky bretty goodness, orval! White pepper, caranel, slate, orange, soapy florals, wood, F=A quite bretty and very dry but there is a malty balance. Noble skunky hops, peppery, oniony Med/fuller body. Malty but very dry, crisp and spicy Domestic orval! Really nice!4.2+
