Pours cloudy golden color with white head. Aroma is fruity malt with yeast. Flavor is fruity malt with light citrus and yeasty finish.

boxofrane (2559) - Spring City, Pennsylvania, USA - SEP 19, 2015
Draft at the brewpub. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. The aroma has a bit of banana but not much of the spiced size of the style. The taste has banana and a bit of bubblegum. Mundane.

Keg @ Weeping Radish. As "weizen". Absolutely clear gold with a small white head. Kristallweizen? Nose isn’t mawsively appealing. Some stewed vegetable and creamed corn makes an unwanted appearance. Light honey. Taste isnt much better. Slightly sour tang. Lemon peel. Honey. A bit all over. Medium body, soft carb.

Draught at the Weeping Radish Farm, Jarvisburg, NC.
Hazy golden yellow colour with a small white head. Burned wheat, bitterness and dry yeast in the aroma. Watery yeasty and wheaty flavour with rubbery bitterness. Watery and bad.

Luvystypotables (2071) - Virginia Beach, Virginia, USA - OCT 2, 2013
Floral and grain aroma, superb appearance with a great head an nice colour, typical Belgian taste, lightly sour with floral hops. Palate is slightly watery with a mineral finish.

Poured from a chilled bottle. Cloudy orange yellow color, nice white frothy head.smells of citrus wheat and yeast. Clean wheat beer taste, accents of clove.

September 2012. Sampled at the brewery over a German lunch. For a Hefeweizen, this is not bad at all, especially when paired with the right food. Refreshing, bit acidic.

Iphonephan (7287) - Jackson Hole/McLean, Virginia, USA - OCT 21, 2012
On draft at the brewery restaurant. Surprisingly clear light gold. Ashy smell. Faint citrus and band aid. Not a good example of the style.

Aroma spicy , peppery with gentle tartness to it. Clove hint behind.6+
Appearance slight haze , dark gold with medium top. 3+
Flavor and Palate : Medium bodied. Soft , grainy base with milder feel of wheat and yeast. Carbonation lower than average. Easy going refreshing wheat ale.
