COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our golden-yellow wheat beer, with its fine-pored white foam, smells of cloves and impresses consumers with its refreshing banana flavour. It is full bodied and with a smooth yeast taste. To be enjoyed at any time (always a pleasure / enjoyment), goes excellently with fish and seafood, with spicy cheese and especially with the traditional Bavarian veal sausage. Brewed according to our centuries-old brewing tradition on the Weihenstephan hill.

Pours a nice gold color, but not as murky as other hefs, not good or bad. Has a nice head to it and tastes very good. I liked better than Paulaner, but not as well as Hacker Pschorr.

I was surprised at how good this beer was. I had not heard of it before I tried it, and I loved it. I will buy it again!

Not the best hefe Ive ever had, but it was pretty good, no complaints. I probably need to taste this is a different setting, and not after Ive already had a few. Little to no head. Decent aroma and flavor. Pleasant aftertaste.

Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy golden-yellow with a huge lasting fluffy white head. Aroma of yeast and wheat along with fruit and spices (mainly cloves). Flavour follows the aroma: Yeast and wheat up front followed by spices and fruit and a mild bitter finish -- perhaps a tad watery but goes down really easy. Medium bodied. Nothing outstanding but still a damn fine Hefe.

Bottle. Very good, a stronger flavor than that of Franziskaner. Has undertones of apple and pear and a silky mouthfeel. The finish is short, perhaps a little too short, but it’s one of the few complaints one could level against a very good beer.

Draft. one of my favorite weisses of all time. dark cloudy yellow w/ serious head. Fantastic fruity aroma, not to acidic but enough to have some bite. A perfectly balanced weiss beer.

Draught. Pleasant aroma of honey and wax, reminds me a bit of a beehive... Cloudy orangey colour, small head, taste is quite spicy with medium sweetness, smooth and easy to drink, short finish.

12oz bottle. Pours a cloudy, pale yellow color with a lot of carbonation and a ridiculous white head that leaves foamy lace. Aroma is heavy vanilla, yeast, fruits, citrus, orange. Amazing aroma. Taste is smooth with a heavy dose of banana. Very good.
