COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our golden-yellow wheat beer, with its fine-pored white foam, smells of cloves and impresses consumers with its refreshing banana flavour. It is full bodied and with a smooth yeast taste. To be enjoyed at any time (always a pleasure / enjoyment), goes excellently with fish and seafood, with spicy cheese and especially with the traditional Bavarian veal sausage. Brewed according to our centuries-old brewing tradition on the Weihenstephan hill.

Rather sweet aroma of banana with notes of wheaty fullness. Cloudy golden in the glass with beautiful rocky head. Unpronounced taste of banana, some wheat maltiness and hints of bread. Highly drinkable and refreshing, but Ive expected more.

Orange opaque hazy body with 1 finger white head. Banana banana banana everywhere some bread notes. Taste is clove some caramelised bread, hint of sweetness still with the banana balanced with the sourness of the wheat Medium high body, lively carbonation That is pretty good and refreshing despite the body.

Bottle. Cloudy golden beer, large creamy white head, slowly diminishing, decent lacing. Beautiful aroma of cloves, banana, citrus and some spices. Taste is light to medium sweet: banana, clove, a bit of bread and spices, with light citrus tartness in the finish. Light to medium body, lively carbonation. Rather thin, but smooth. Very refreshing, well balanced, with pleasant citrus notes (stronger than in average hefeweizen) - top of the style.

On tap. This is the example of hefeweissbier perfection. no words to explain the balance, light banana and clove esters, nice and thirsty killer.

A wonderful aroma of lightly fruity, banana and citrus. The taste is similar to the smell. Good bitterness that fills the mouth a weak moment. Maybe a little watery at the end. Follow me @ Kung av l @ Facebook for more pictures and ratings.

Light orange colour, white thick head. Aroma is sweet with cloves in the front and banana. Taste is lightly sweet with some nice tartness and grainy aftertaste. Bitterness is low but enugh to balance the taste. Very drinkable, almost ideal hefeweizen.

The real king of weissbiers which sets the standard for all other weissbiers. Lovley banana, bubblegum and clove aroma with a nice orange / yellow colour. Huge foamy white head and light carbonation. The taste is sublime, mixed bubblegum and banana flavours immediately hit you, along with subtle clove and butterscotch. Lovely aftertaste which makes this beer very more-ish. Highly recommended for anyone, especially those new to weissbiers.
