COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our golden-yellow wheat beer, with its fine-pored white foam, smells of cloves and impresses consumers with its refreshing banana flavour. It is full bodied and with a smooth yeast taste. To be enjoyed at any time (always a pleasure / enjoyment), goes excellently with fish and seafood, with spicy cheese and especially with the traditional Bavarian veal sausage. Brewed according to our centuries-old brewing tradition on the Weihenstephan hill.

Can’t say I really believed that I would find a better hefeweisen than Hacker Pschorr, but I think I just did it. Guess it makes sense that the world’s oldest brewery would be able to unseat the champ.

Aroma: gist, zoet, citrus. Medium body. Smaak: zoetje, verfrissend, gist, citrus. Goed in zijn genre.

Lekkere dorstlesser, deze Duitse hefe weissbier. Doordrinkbaar maar niet te flauw. Zeker niet slecht dus. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Not as good as Franziskaner, but very close. Creamy head, long lasting lacing. Nice peppery bouquet. More spice than malty. Really good German beer.

Brilliant white frothy head stayed on a hazy, highly carbonated, vivid golden body. Wheat, lemon, banana & citrus aroma. Medium body, tangy, sharp & slightly cloying on the back. Yeast, wheat, banana & orange tastes.

Pours cloudy gold with a decent white head. Aroma is citrusy. Taste is sweet with a touch of bitterness. There are notes of orange, wheat, sweet malts, and a little bit of banana and clove. Body is light, carbonation is moderate. A delicious hefeweizen, light on banana. Smooth and a little dry in the finish.

Bottle 500 ml from Sainsbury’s. Aromas of yeast, hay and citrus/orange. Big white head and cloudy orange body. Taste is smooth yeast but very refreshing with notes of citrus (mainly orange). Pleasant long lasting aftertaste. Good beer!

Textura acuosa y algo efervescente. Aroma frutal, floral, a plátano, pan, ligeramente especiado.

Bottle @ Hopaholic. Hazy, deep holden with long lasting, thin head. Very well made hefeweizen, with all components at just the right place, however still expected somewhat more, that it’ll blow my mind, but that just did not happen
