COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our golden-yellow, alcohol-free wheat beer tastes like a premium wheat beer: tangy, fresh and full-bodied, with hints of cloves and honey as well as a fine yeasty spirit. The unique wheat beer taste is achieved by a method developed in collaboration with the Technical University of Munich-Weihenstephan: the top fermentation is not interrupted and the beer has time to mature, only after the maturation the alcohol is carefully withdrawn. It is a first-class thirst quencher after sports or a good companion to light summer dishes, sweet and sour dishes, or fruit sorbets. Brewed according to our centuries-old brewing tradition on the Weihenstephan hill.

Zlotta (3210) - Hagen / Düsseldorf, GERMANY - OCT 23, 2014
Hazy golden-yellow with huge white, foamy and stable head. Looks just as beautiful as a regular Weizen. Weak aroma of bananas. Taste is slightly sweet and medium sour. Lively carbonation with sparkling mouthfeel. Not as good as Krombacher for example. Boring.

Pours hazy golden. Nice steady white head. Smells of banana, hay, yeast. Taste of unripe banana, clover and some cardboard. Low bitterness. A non alcoholic beer with some character, I like it!

Bottle from The Wine Emporium 080914. By far the best alcohol free beer I have had. Pours with a huge head, smells good and tastes better.

50cl bottle @ home from Mitra. Clear orange body, big white rocky mostly lasting excellent lacing head. Nose is floral, caramel, malt, Aroma is apple, malt, tons of cereal, dried corn cob. Taste medium sweetness, hint of fruity sourness. Medium body, creamy texture, average carbonation, mostly dinimishing sweetish slightly bitter finish. Very refreshing, easy to drink, excellent with a dinner.

Duft av hvete og aprikos. Dunkel gulbrun, litt rødlig farge. Tynnt dekkende skum, noe heng langs kant. Smak av hvete, aprikos og røykt sild.

Marstonlad (878) - Helsinki, FINLAND - JUL 9, 2014
Pours cloudy golden with a big frothy head. Aroma is fairly similar with normal hefeweizens as fruits and wheat malts feature, though some differences appear too; it is slightly soapy. Taste is unfortunately too light and mild. It is initially light sweet, later drier. Wheat malts, soap and bubblegum form a light bodied, watery mix. Overall fairly fresh but not at all at the same level with hefeweizens. Decent for a non alcoholic beer, not much else.

Bottle, in berlin. Nice orange hazy color and a white lasting head. Wheat, hay, dough, unripe banana, citrus and notes of cloves. Some cardboard in the aftertaste. Aroma is really nice.
