Our golden-yellow, alcohol-free wheat beer tastes like a premium wheat beer: tangy, fresh and full-bodied, with hints of cloves and honey as well as a fine yeasty spirit. The unique wheat beer taste is achieved by a method developed in collaboration with the Technical University of Munich-Weihenstephan: the top fermentation is not interrupted and the beer has time to mature, only after the maturation the alcohol is carefully withdrawn. It is a first-class thirst quencher after sports or a good companion to light summer dishes, sweet and sour dishes, or fruit sorbets. Brewed according to our centuries-old brewing tradition on the Weihenstephan hill.

Hazy yellow brown color. The aromas of pepper, clove, lemon and coriander. Dry wheaty, bready, clovey, peppery and lemony flavor. Slightly watery, otherwise fairly good AF Weizen.

Frederiksberg 6/1 2018. 50 cl bottle shared with good friend as part of a non alcoholic/Low alcohol Bonanza. The label is in Weinstephans usual kind of crowded style. You could mistanke it for one of their “normal” weissbiers. Pours hazy yellow with small bubbly white head. Disappears quickly leaving non alcoholic urine sample behind. No Lacing. Aroma is quite sweet. Lemonade and artificial sweetener. Medium carbonation and watery palate. Flavor is fairly sweet followed by light bitterness. Aftertaste is Hermesetas. A quite thin experience. A bit disappointed in Weinstephans take on a Low alcohol beer.

Bryder mig generelt ikke om alkoholfrie øl, men den her har kun lidt syrlighed i slutningen som "down-side"

50cl bottle @Cimmeria, Oviedo. Several occasions.
One of the low-alcohol beers than doesn´t tastes so. Nice cereal aromas and flavours, of course watery, still enjoyable. Some citrusy hop punch.

From lalonjadelacerveza. In Bavaria hefe glass. At lunch, with rice soup + white fish. No trace of usual unpleasant notes in non-alcoholic beers. Light wheat notes, refreshing, good feel for light body

500 ml bottle from Ammersin Centerstore, bb 24.04.18
Orange, medium hazy body, with a big, fluffy, lacing, light yellow head.
Aroma of wort, grains, some spices, some banana, some vanilla.
Tastes pretty similar.
Light, slick mouthfeel, with an average carbonation.
Finishes light, a bit stale, grainy, a bit fruity, a bit spicy.

OK. Typical alc free Weizen, drinkable, but nothing special at all. I’ve had worse.

metalspice (1152) - Jevnaker, NORWAY - JUL 25, 2017
Lett t?kete, lyst str?gult med fint hvitt skum. Svak duft og smak hvor det kommer sm? hint av banan og krydder mot slutten. tynn og kjedelig.

Bottle from systembolaget. Was expecting better to be honest, as this alcohol free number had a pretty good reputation. It tasted odd, and maybe I need to be a more die hard Hefeweizer to love it, but it is like off peach, too sweet without the alcohol to prop it up. Prefer others but still not an awful one at all.
