Great head, and sweet lemon grass smell, this beer was a little sweeter than most hefeweizens, and a little bit hard to drink due to the overpowering sweetness, but still preferable to most beer in general gam (4142) - brisbane, AUSTRALIA - MAY 6, 2012

Mild caramel and cloves rise from this Leicht Weissbier’s bubbly mouthfeel, building a refreshing though forgettable pint.
Further Personal Perceptions:
-A sheet of foam covers the cloudy beige.
-Drinkability is high, but mostly due to the body’s dryness.
-Banana esters are surprisingly low in this version.
-Like in many German ’leicht’ or ’alkoholfrei’ brews, the nose conveys ’beer’, but the flavor profile cannot follow up. Oh well, I’m not going to get pregnant any time soon.
On tap at their restaurant in Freising.
21-06-17 // 500ml bottle. Cloudy orange beer with a great white head. Very refreshing Weizenbier, mild in taste, mild banana, mild yeasty, a bit watery because of the low abv, but a great choice after sports.
