COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our golden-yellow wheat beer, with its fine-pored white foam, smells of cloves and impresses consumers with its refreshing banana flavour. It is full bodied and with a smooth yeast taste. To be enjoyed at any time (always a pleasure / enjoyment), goes excellently with fish and seafood, with spicy cheese and especially with the traditional Bavarian veal sausage. Brewed according to our centuries-old brewing tradition on the Weihenstephan hill.

A good fruity beer. Reminds me of banana's for soem reason. I usually have one of these at the end of the night.

apricot golden. densely hazy, tho i carefully decanted leaving a gooey hunk of yeast attached to the inside of the bottle like a barnacle. i was expecting explosive yeast dominance, but was appreciative of a more mixed effect, some cinnamon stick and applejack perhaps. the uninitiated typically make sour faces at the first swig of german hefe-weissen, but this one is balanced and brisk and tangy, and still true to the type. just don't put a damn lemon in it.

Wheaty! Goes good wuth food. I don't like ultra fizzy beers, although I accept that it goes with the style.

Smelled of bananas and vanilla and tasted of bananas, clove and vanilla. Nice cloudy yellow color. Tasty wheat beer but i think i like a few others better.

A little musky. Good mouth. I don't think that they should judge weiss on appearance. :)Decent, though I'm not a huge weiss fan.

This and Schneiders are the top 2 Weizens around, IMO. Just good stuff. Easily enjoyed even if your not a Hefe-Weizen fan.
