COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
In our golden-yellow crystal-clear wheat beer the fresh citrus flavour harmonises very well with spicy banana notes. The fine sparkling gives it a tangy and animated appearance. Throughout summer and winter, its a prickling experience. It goes well with fish, seafood, white meat or it can be enjoyed as an aperitif. Brewed according to our centuries-old brewing tradition on the Weihenstephan hill.

Clear watery yellow with a white head, lager like. Aroma had some whaet and a hint of banana. Taste was wheaty with a little banana again and some pepper with a thin finish.

16.9 oz bottle - Pours crystal clear and golden with a moderate to large head that fades away after a few minutes. Very noticeable yeast and citrus aroma, flavor is lightly sweet with considerable citrus flavors. The palate is lively and a bit thin, but not terribly so for the style. The finish is light and refreshing. Its really quite tastey.

The usual wheaty aromas and look. A good beer but nor the best weissbier Ive had. Citrus with a clenan finish.

500ml bottle: poured clear golden yellow with a big fluffy white head. Strong yeast aroma and the esters are quite big. The usual: banana, clove. Seemed to have a light chlorine taste midway into the taste followed by a sweet banana finish. Definitely a good beer.

Poured Worlds oldest beer into 0,5l weiss glass. Crystal clear yellow beer with fluffy head. Strong wheaty aroma. Exploding fruity esters followed by a strong hoppy bite. Refreshing and outstanding.

Clear and light gold, gassy and bubbly. Little sweet taste, a few hops, little yeasty. Bananas. Was a little too lagery to be called a true weissbier, but a good beer, drinkable, if just a tad too sweet.

Only slightly hazy golden color, big white head. Aroma of creamy banana, spicy, wheat, delicious. Taste is more watery, slightly sweet and crisp. Bit sticky palate. Very good for a kristallweizen, though I prefer most hefeweizens.

Good tasting, crisp and refreshing, but I cant in good conscience say that its any better than any other hefe. It is crystal clear and light cold. There is some mild bubble gum aroma. Its nice that a 17oz bottle is less than $2. Im looking for to the Weihen normal hefe. I basically bought this to cross off the style.
