Ar: Medium intensity peach and lean banana; a very slight amount of black pepper and clove; soft, full, and pale malt. Ap: Crystal-clear gold; medium white head with moderate retention, leaves a fine cap of foam, finely bubbled ring, and a spare web of foam sticking to the glass sides. T: Fresh banana and peach skin; low bitterness, slightly herbal, with a fair amount of sweetness; touch of black pepper and clove; a touch of tannin and soft bread on the finish. P: Medium-light body with high carbonation; finish is medium-dry. O: Excellent filtered German wheat; all of the hallmark flavors--banana, peach, pepper, clove--at pleasant, balanced levels; beautiful clarity, with spot-on mouthfeel. drdisque (830) - Illinois, USA - MAR 24, 2017
From 500ml poured in an English Pint. This beer retains all of its rich wheatey character and sweet slightly tangy flavor while losing the graininess and creaminess. The prototype of Kristallweizens. SG111 (1762) - New York, USA - MAR 23, 2017
Bottled. Pours clear yellow color. White head. Aroma is banana, clove, wheat, banana, bubblegum. Flavor is same. Bubblegum, Banana, clove wheat. It’s my first kristallweissbier! EvanFriend (580) - Pennsylvania, USA - MAR 23, 2017
Spicy, citrus, and herbal aroma; taste is banana, clove, spiciness, and a late/aftertaste that I can only describe as cheesecake. 17Beer (343) - Connecticut, USA - MAR 13, 2017
Big sour wheat smells. It pours clear and bubbly gold with a big bright white head with tiny bubbles. Nice weiss notes to the flavor with an unexpected sweet malty finish. Sparkling carbonation with constantly rising champagne-like bubbles. Super fresh and refreshing. Must be awesome at the source.

UPDATED: MAR 20, 2017 Pours gold with a thick white head. Aroma of malt and cloves. Taste isn’t easy to describe but the flavors are all balanced well with each other and the whole thing light and fluffy. Well done. bubblehouse (1492) - louisville, Kentucky, USA - FEB 11, 2017
Really tasty. Has a nice floral taste to it. Descent aroma. Thought it was delicous. SimonBlok (555) - GRONINGEN, NETHERLANDS - JAN 26, 2017
50cl bottle at home. Appearance: clear light straw with medium white head and visible carbonation. Aroma: malts, grain, citrus, clove and banana. Taste: medium sweetness and low bitterness. Notes of unripe banana, citrus, malts and spices. Palate: light bodied, watery to sticky texture and lively carbonation. MonsterMagnet (1429) - NETHERLANDS - JAN 9, 2017
Bottle from Erzengel (euro local swap 4/2016), many thanks! Pours clear golden with a white head. Wheat, banana, clove, citrus, herbs, quite what you’d expect from a weizen, and executed very well, quite what you’d expect from Weigenstepan. I don’t quite see the point of the ’kristal’ part though, I like my weizen hazy. andrepintado (3326) - Lisbon, PORTUGAL - DEC 7, 2016
50cl bottle from biere-import. Light hazy gold. Thin to medium white head. Taste is light sweetness, medium bitterness. Aroma and flavour is malt, citric, hops, herby, clove, banana. Easy.
