COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Golden-yellow and bright, with 32 bitter units and quite hoppy compared to most of the other Pilsners our Weihenstephaner Pilsner comes up with a distinctive aroma of hops with a pleasant bitterness. This combination provides a balanced mix and guarantees great enjoyment. Brewed according to our centuries-old brewing tradition on the Weihenstephan hill.

From estucerveza. At lunch, with fried potatoes + eggs + san jacobo. In Teku glass. Probably the best pilsener ive tasted. Super fresh feeling grassy hops and was bottled in 22 Jun. Really refreshing, clean and pretty looking

Bottle from Albertson’s. Crisp malt up front with a good amount of graininess. A bit of a metallic flavor to it. Fairly tasty. Light grassy hops in the finish. A little bit watery, but enjoyable.

Bottle Pours straw yellow hue with a small fizzy head and sparse lacing. Nose of pale grains slight sulfur lite hops and metallic mineral notes. Flavors are very metallic spicy and slight sulfur. Long finish of metallic hops and pale grains. Not a great pils but would like to try this on tap.

Zlotta (3210) - Hagen / Düsseldorf, GERMANY - OCT 6, 2016
Sampled from tap at ’El Drapaire de la Cervesa Artesana’. Clear, golden yellow with a white head. Sweetish, slightly fruity-floral and quite grassy aroma of fresh grass, citrus and some grains. A bit sweetish, slightly grainy, fruity-grassy and a bit floral taste of fresh grass, citrus and some grains, followed by a short, moderately bitter, quite grassy finish. Thin to medium body, smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Nice!

Strong hoppy pasteurized lager aroma. Really fine balance of malt n hops. Fantastic German pils, easily one of the best Ive had yet. Prefer the others from Weihenstephan but have to hand it to them this is a great example of the style.

Una rica pilsner que tampoco tiene nada de especial, un poco más dulce/maltosa al inicio que otras y quizás menos seca que otras pilsner de referencia.
