Over 1000 years of brewery experience together with American innovation, two years of development and the four ingredients malt, hops, water, and yeast resulted in a new dimension of the art of brewing and in an innovative, ground-breaking beer: Infinium. The sparkling beer is complex, unique in taste and produced strictly according to the German purity law. This sparkling beer is dry and strong in taste despite the more the 10 percent by volume alcohol and unsettles preconceived opinion about the limits of the German purity law. The strong, deep golden beer will enter the market in noble, corked, 0.75 liter bottles. The joint venture of Weihenstephan and Samuel Adams unites a new way of thinking about the world of the American extreme.

Bottle. (!). Pours out in a shady golden colour with a rich lively white foam. Yeasty aroma of almond paste , over-riped bananas, oat porridge, whipped cream and cookies. Nearly full-bodied with yeasty notes of banana, cloves, almond paste, nuts and mild coriander. Well-hidden alcohol. with a sharp plastic mouthfeel. Yeast, almond paste and mashed banana in the aftertaste. Almost decent, definitely not worth the price tag.

[email protected] Bellmansgatan. Lätt syrlig och intensiv bröddoft. Syrlig smak.

Gelungenes Belgien Ale!

75cl bottle from the factory, 15?. Light Amber color, clear, big spumante White head. Aroma is malty, syrup, grains, raisins, honey. Taste sweetish, high carbonation,.spritzy, yeast. Strong, alcoholic but but excessively. Quite refined but not worth the price imo.

Mycket ofräsch doft av hundmat, torrfoder. Vacker bärnstensfärg och ett klent skum. Misstänker oxidation. Maltsöt, avslagen smak. Lite köttig. Jolmig eftersmak.

Interesting combo. Sour/tart scent and mouth. A tang of dark fruits. Nice tingle of carbonation. Bottle

From La tienda de la cerveza. In Teku glass. Shared with Rafael & Sonia in end of yeqr dinner. Smooth, with lots of ripe fruits. Not champagne-like efervescent as I expect but tasty anyways, with saison notes

2008 vintage. Pours orange with a small white head and some yeast floaties. Aroma is super ripe black grapes & a champagne like quality. Taste is dry with super ripe, verging on noble rot, concord grapes with a little pear and a distinct champagne-like bite for the finish.

Refrigerated 75 cl brown bottle poured into a glass. Slightly hazy with small-white head. Aroma is fruity, medium body, medium/low carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is fruity, some dark fruit, and tart.

OminouSC2 (966) - Mora, SWEDEN - JUL 12, 2016
Pale golden color. Malt aroma, bread, fruits. Malt base during the taste, sweet fruits, yeast. Fizzy carbonation, almost like champagne. Interesting stuff.
