Draughts @ Weihenstephaner Bierkeller, Berlin.
Red copper colour, with white head. Not a heavy nose.
Taste is hazelnut, caramels and a fairly dry and bitter finish. Normally not a fan of Dunkels, but like this one.
Good session beer. sic1314 (4775) - Leiden, NETHERLANDS - OCT 11, 2012
Poured a murky brown with a large, frothy tan head. Aroma of sweet, rich, fruity malt. Quite a watery mouthfeel, flavour of red fruit and berry, very little aftertaste. kevnic2008 (11996) - Baden-Baden, GERMANY - SEP 16, 2012

On tap at the Pilgrim Hotel in Soest – Westphalia, Germany in the Pilgrim Hotel’s own glassware where it has a clear deep amber body supporting a full tall mocha like head. The faint aroma offers up vague glimpses of dark fruity esters and little else. The taste is slightly punchy with carbonation and it unveils some caramel malts, a hint of roasted malts and then growing into a mild level of prune and plum like sweet dark fruity esters. Nice flavor that went well with the meal.
