UPDATED: JAN 10, 2007 Roasted and slightly fruity nose.
Dark brown, nice creamy head.
Roasted and chocokolate flavors nicely rounded off by aromatic hops.
Brilliant member of its style. bgiamatei (317) - São Paulo, BRAZIL - APR 23, 2007
UPDATED: JUN 26, 2007 Muito boa cerveja da Stephani. Coloração vinho escuro; espuma densa e presente, coloração ambar. Cheiro gostoso, frutado e adocicado. Ceveja encorpada. Grãos torrados no sabor na medida certa. Levemente adocicada (caramelo) Retrogosto amargo. Melhor que a de trigo. Cerveja de baixa fermentação. Refrescante. villevav (511) - FINLAND - APR 23, 2008
UPDATED: JUL 7, 2008 Aroma: caramel, bread . Appearance: brown, clear. Medium body, lively. A very nice dunkel. I wonder if this beer is actually the same beer as Hofbrau München Dunkel, because it is actually brewed by HB. JaKeAFC (1339) - ITALY - SEP 4, 2015

Bottle - Clear light brown colour, medium frothy beige head, good retention and lacing. Mild chocolate and coffee aroma with some breadcrust and caramel notes. Taste is mildly sweet with caramel and breadcrust, some fine fruitiness and floral hops. Light body, soft carbonation, tender mouthfeel. Really nice, classic german dunkel.
