COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
White Hoplosion represents a new variation on the classic style of wheat beer. The unfiltered beer combines typical balanced fruity flavors with fine distinctive hop notes to create an ultimate sensation of taste with 5.3 percent alcohol by volume. Using selected Bavarian noble hops, Weihenstephan emphasizes the bitterness of the wheat beer flavor, which is generally milder than lagers or pilsners.

Draft. Pours a hazy golden with a medium sized white head. The nose is typical of a wheat beer plus some additional floral hops thrown in. Flavor has citrus and banana with floral hops still present. Worth trying once.
