Bottle shared on the train from Nuremberg to Freising during day 3 of the Bamberg Jolly of January 2015. Pours clear yellow with a foamy white head. A little cabbage in this one, some veg, pale cereal, white sugar, almost no bitterness. Light bodied with fine carbonation and creamy texture. Sugary finish with more cereal and vegetable notes. Ho hum.

Bamberg jolly day 3 26/01/2014. Bottle shared on the train. Aroma is chives, lager notes and buttery. Light hazed yellow/ straw coloured pour with a lasting white head. Flavour is pils malt, light biscuity malts some skunky lemony hops.

Day 3 of the post Xmas Bamberg Jolly, bottle from Rewe Bamberg shared on the train from Nuremberg to Freising, 26/01/14. Pale golden with moderate off white spotting and edgework. Nose is bread laden, citric fruits, lemon peeol, cereals. Taste is a little papery, bread dough, floral notes, malty, lemon tang. Medium bodied, moderat carbonation, semi drying close. Mediocre affair.

Bamberg Bash Day 3. Train swig. Lightly hazy pale gold beer, good white head. Palate is light and dry. Light lactose in the pale malt. Mild lemon and a touch of floralness. Quite a dry finish. Tasty lager.
