UPDATED: JUL 18, 2017 0.5 l bottle. Clear amber-copper colour. Low-lasting, thin, off-white foam. Light herbal, smoky, caramel aroma. Light roasty and smoky flavour. Caramel and malty flavour well balanced with the light bitterness. Medium carbonation. 5.1% Abv adds coplexity to the beer. Medium-low body. I’d drink it again

Bottle, 5.2%. Malty aroma, farty with a mild spiciness. Clear light amber colour. OK stable white head. The flavour is papery, slightly spicy, and quite watery. Finishes with a medium bitterness.

Bamsen78 (5452) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - JAN 14, 2017
Bottle. Pours nearly clear amber with airy off-white head. Clear aroma of malt and bread, with notes of caramel and touches of hops. Sweetish flavour of malt and bread, with caramellish and hoppy touches and pronounced estery notes. Bitterish and bready aftertaste. Well, drinkable but I have certainly tasted better Dunkels.

Birra marrone chiaro, il sapore è dolciastro e così come rimane in bocca il gusto..si beve ma niente di che

SinH4 (4955) - Garching b. München, GERMANY - MAR 15, 2016
Clear amber color with tan head. Aroma is malty, caramale, and herbal hops, chocolate, toffee, on the sweet side, and some ice cream feeling, I know what jfb means with "Stracciatella". Taste is more caramely maltiness. Bitter finish. Slightly watery mouthfeel, but also a bit chewy, average carbonation. An alright Dunkles which, luckily, does not focus on the rusty nail feeling, but it is a bit boring.
