BeardedAvenger (949) - Addlestone, Surrey, ENGLAND - MAY 20, 2017
Bottle at Castle Tap, Reading. 19/05/17. The aroma certainly is creamy. Deep and dark. Thick off-white head. Sweet, with a hint of bitterness. Fake fondant cream sweetness, not my thing. Light. Oily. Very lively carbonation. Short finish. I couldn’t finish it. The cream just built up and really put me off.

zacgillbanks (5356) - Tyne & Wear, ENGLAND - APR 14, 2017
Bottle from Coppers, Newcastle. Hazy black with a thick white head. It has a chocolate, citrus, pine and whisky flavour with coconut and mint on the roasted, bitter finish. Excellent!

evergreen0199 (3441) - Northwood, Greater London, ENGLAND - MAR 2, 2017
Cask at Craft Beer Co, Brixton, London. A dark brown/black coloured pour with a medium off white head on top. Roasty, malty, dark fruit aroma. Tastes roasty, malty, dark fruit, some sorachi in there. Not bad but seemed rather unbalanced.

ippopotamo36 (2454) - Rome, ITALY - FEB 23, 2017
Cask at Londinum at Tree Folks, Rome-Italy.coffe break pour, ivory foam. Nose: sweet malt leftovers, almonds blast, almonds milk. Mouth: easy although tasty, a bit metallic and monotone. Nose was better. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle from Cotteridge Wines, Birmingham. Poured a almost black with a bubbly off white head. The aroma is yeasty creamy cheese, roasty grassy hop. The flavour is moderate bitter with a crisp roasty big grassy hop, light fruit palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

rodbod (396) - Motherwell, SCOTLAND - DEC 22, 2016
Bottle from the Good Spirits Co. Wine & Beer. Pours darkest brown with a thick foamy head, settles to generous foam. Not much on the nose initially, but as the foam dies down it becomes creamy, mocha coffee, and sorachi ace. Taste is creamy, roasty malt, rather sweet, brown sugar, also some savoury notes, into a slightly bitter finish. Palate is great - medium+ body, smooth, and clean. A very interesting beer

3.8
tommann (3848) - Dudley, West Midlands, ENGLAND - DEC 6, 2016
330ml bottle. Pours caramel brown with a medium head. Aroma is Seville orange, cocoa and herby. Taste has cocoa and orange to start. Herby bubblegum finish. Love Sorachi.
