Bottle, April 2016. So much more than the novelty expected. Huge hop aroma with Negril Beach breakfast papaya, fresh leaf nettle and ganja, blackcurrant chew....just beautiful. Hazed orange capped with dense lacing white. This is the best Weird Beard I’ve sampled to date; lean monkey nut chaff grounding a lurid canopy of stewed leaves and technicolour fruits. Fuck knows what a chokeberry is. Wild.

Bottle. Beer Central, Sheffield. Murky, ginger gold. Thin, dense, messy, dirty white head. Lovely, squidgy hop to this. Sweet and juicy, it’s not unlike a dry hopped glass of Ribena! Taste is much the same. Sweet and juicy, prior to a stone fruit bitterness. Smooth, full palate. Nicely sticky. The bitterness rises on the finish, getting more earthy as it goes. Really good, chewy sweet IPA. weordie (1468) - Tyne & Wear, ENGLAND - DEC 18, 2015
Pours a murky copper with a big fluffy head. The aroma is citrus & red berries, the berries come through the more you sniff. Quite a sweet taste to start is balanced perfectly by a very bitter finish. I’m all in on this. jamestulloch (4417) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - JAN 20, 2016
Bottle from BottleDog, Edinburgh. Murky orange body with a medium off-white head. Lively carbonation. Good lacing. Aroma of orange, berries, passionfruit and caramel. Flavour of mango, toffee and a tangy raspberry finish. Medium body with a creamy texture. Soft fizz. Sharp and sweet at the same time - very nice. Keg at BD CJ. It pours hazy deep orange - amber with a decent white head. The nose is big, crazy juicy, Um Bungo!!!, passion fruit, mango and berry. The taste is crisp, bitter, yet soft, rather juicy, tropical fruits, light spice, berry skin, piney resin and raspberry ripple with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Aroma is pretty spectacular. Juicy and fruity. Great.
