COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Stouts should be thick and full bodied due to how you brew them, not because you serve them with nitrogen. Get away from the metallic nitro-kegged stouts and have a little bit of decadence in the glass. Multiple grains types and precise brewing leave decadence stout with an opulent mouthfeel and generous head. Rich with chocolate and coffee roast flavours with just a touch of oat creaminess. Treat yourself!

CloakedDagger (2481) - - APR 19, 2017
Bottle 50 cl. Pours pitch black and opaque with a dense and lacing light brown head - very lively in the glass, appears over carbonated. Nose has some vanilla and subtle roast. Medium body, quite heavy on the licorice, almost salty, roughish roast with a malt bitter finish. Not really convinced by the Stouts from this brewery. 190417

500ml bottle. Pours almost black with a huge tan head. Aroma of roasted malts, chocolate, some coffee. Taste features roasted malt, chocolate, bit more of a coffee note here, also some dark fruits, raisins, much more of a hop bitterness than I was expecting. Medium body, oily-creamy mouthfeel.

Bottle. Very Dark Brown in colour. Massive foamy beige head; very lively carbonation (slow gusher). Excellent lacing. Very Malty; roasty/burnt malts, grainy, coffee, espresso, chocolate, liquorice. Fruity; dark fruits, raisins. Hoppy; earthy hops. Sweet-bitter roast/burnt coffee and chocolate malty. Earthy and dry roast. Liked this. Nice Stout! (2016-06-26)

aroma is great, very potent, i can smell it about a foot away from my glass. the sroma consists of very rich chocolate, a bit roasted with a hint of vanilla.the beer pours into a beautiful dark body supporting a thick caramel foam creamy head. when it comes down the flavor its amazing, replicating the aroma well with a bit of a biscuity flavor as the taste run over the tongue.
