Aroma: massive caramel malts. Appearance: dark clear brown, small white head. Taste: medium to heavy sweet. Palate: massive sweets again. Overall: very nice, almost a bit too much caramel. Pint at Cask Pub & Kitchen, Pimlico.

BLADT (700) - Brooklyn, New York, USA - MAR 13, 2014
UPDATED: MAR 14, 2014 From tap. Pours a nice, cloudy brown brick color. Creamy head with staying power. Aroma is tropical fruit, sherry and sour bread. Taste is wet hops and sherbet. Amazing mouth feel. Creamy and well balanced. High gravity is hid well.

meerbier (1474) - Pijnacker, NETHERLANDS - FEB 24, 2014
[email protected] Grapefruit and grass aroma. Hazy, amber, beige huge head, good lace. Light sweet, malty liquorice, very bitter, laurel, grapefruit finish. Dry, flavourful, complex, balanced.

MiSiU (22) - Bosutow, POLAND - FEB 21, 2014
Pours a bit hazy. Small head, stays some time and marks the glass. A lot of tropical fruit hoppiness in aroma with a long and finish. Bitterness is on a good level, but the staying long aftertaste is tiring.

330 ml bottle. Batch #0019. Bottled on July/13. BB July/14. From
Murky brown colour with a hell of a head. The aroma is grassy and fruity hops, mild bitterness, strong malt and sweetness. The flavour is fruity hops, resin, mild bitterness, dark malt and alcohol. The 9.7% is very nicely disguised but maybe a little bit more freshness would be needed. Not bad but not hell yeah!

maneliquor (3514) - Perth, AUSTRALIA - JAN 5, 2014
Tap at Sebright Arms. Pours hazy golden with a small white head. Nose is full of fresh grass and sweet tropical fruits. You can the the bitterness is going to be there. Taste shows juicy mango and peach with grassy hops. Decent length and bitterness without being to cloying. Solid stuff

teorn88 (7682) - Rimini, ITALY - JAN 5, 2014
Keg at CBC Brixton. It pours an amber colour with a small white head. Aroma is hoppy and fruity with notes of apricots grass and lime. Taste is tropical fruity hops with apricots, pineapple and fresh cut grass. Good malty caramely backbone beneath and some alcohol warming in the finish. Good one

ianwelby (1432) - SCOTLAND - JAN 4, 2014
Murky orange beer with a sweet, hoppy aroma. The flavour is surprisingly restrained, blending some malt and sweetness in with the big hop hit. Delicious.

Fin (10621) - Merton, Oxfordshire, England, Oxfordshire, ENGLAND - DEC 23, 2013
Bottle from Jacks Westholme Stores, Goring-on-Thames, Oxon, consumed at home Monday 23rd December 2013 Murky light brown in colour with an off-white head. Aroma is fruity with some juicy tropical fruits these transfer into the mouth nicely. Slick, thick and with some pineyness, bit of resin, sweet to bittersweet, warming, lovely. Emjoyed this a lot. fiulijn (20806) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - DEC 21, 2013
Draught at Söder om Småland, Malmö; 8.5% and "batch 2" on the keg, according to the bartender
Cloudy amber color with compact head. Strong aroma of fruity and resiny hops, deep persistent and clean. Good body with smooth mouthfeel; strong caramel flavor, quite strong hop resins, moderate hop fruits (bitter oranges, cedar and more), and light Parmigiano Reggiano touch, umami. It has just the correct sweetness level, not too much, and pretty strong bitterness.
I like my hoppy beers when they deliver fruity freshness; this is not one of those, but it’s solid and clean enough to be enjoyed.
