Bottle from The Bottle Lab, Leek. Pours a clear golden colour with a medium white head. Aroma of lemon, gooseberry, slight pale malts and subtle floral hops. Taste of lemon, gooseberry, slight pale malts and subtle herbal hops. Light bodied and moderate carbonation. A crisp, dryish, subtley sour, herbal hop bitterness in the finish. You get the gooseberry but that’s about it. Crisp but quite bland, ok.
