Pacific Northwest meets Pacific Southeast as the best of American and New Zealand hops meld together with just enough malt backbone to allow them to sing. A riot of mango and passion-fruit on the nose but balanced enough to drink by the bucketful. Dive in and grab another bottle but don’t get the bends.

Grains: Pale, Vienna, Munich, Cara-Pils
Hops: Citra, Pacific Gem

My Bottom Line:
Well-developed tropical fruit are accompanied by flowers and coniferous resins in this characterful New World-style Pale Ale.

Further Personal Perceptions:
-A sizeable head of foam tops the misty golden shine.
-Mouthfeel is frothy and on the dry side, which increases drinkability.
-The aroma is highly pleasant.
-This hoppy brew isn’t good because it is intense; it is good because it is chock full of bright flavors.

On tap at Söder Om, Malmö. Pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Quite bitter with a light sweetness. Heavy hops aromas of lemons with hints of grapefruit. Also light malty notes of grains. Medium bodied. Medium carbonation. Long bitter finish.

On tap @ BierCab. Soo thirsty, that I think this will be a good one no matter what it tastes like. It starts really good with a glowing peach orange cloudy body under a huge almost fluffy lingering white head. Fruity hoppy nose with peaches, lots of nice fruit sweetness and grass. Really inviting. Lots of citrus and grapefruit in the grassy well hopped taste. It’s light oily in the mouth and about average on the bubbles. As mentioned anything would be nice right about now, but this was actually really good. A really nice piney finish on this one - something the massive burp really revealed. Yeah, a summary delicious well hopped American pale ale on a lovely day. 11.08.2014

I’m drunk now, but this is nice. Things could change when morning comes, atthe moment this is great

Keg at BD Edinburgh. Pours deep yellow, thin head. Loads of citrus on the nose, which continues on the taste. The hops are in there but this is a big citrus hit super refreshing beer. Wakey wakey!. Not really a session beer as it’d wear a bit thin after a pint I think. Interesting.

Kolor bursztynowy, zm?tniony. Piana bia?a wysoka, nietrwa?a, pozostawiaj?ca zdobienia. Aromat intensywnie owocowy, cytrusy i tropiki. W smaku s?odkie tropiki mieszaj? si? z kwaskowatymi cytrusami, piwo lekkie, przyjemne i bardzo pijalne. Goryczka niezbyt wysoka.

Draft @ Tilquin English Fest ’16, day2.

Not sure I have the type right on this one. Had this at the swan gallery in Harwich as part of the ale trail. Seems to be a mix between a lager and ale. Pours light golden if slightly cloudy. Fizzy with a wheat taste. Very enjoyable

Served in a snifter from a 330ml bottle. Pours clear golden with medium white head. Aroma is hops, grapefruit, mango, malt. Taste is tropical fruit with clear mango notes, grapefruit, hops, malt, great bitter-sweet balance. Smooth with a pleasant slight bitter aftertaste. Another fantastic beer from this brewery!!!
