Pacific Northwest meets Pacific Southeast as the best of American and New Zealand hops meld together with just enough malt backbone to allow them to sing. A riot of mango and passion-fruit on the nose but balanced enough to drink by the bucketful. Dive in and grab another bottle but don’t get the bends.

Ingredients:
Grains: Pale, Vienna, Munich, Cara-Pils
Hops: Citra, Pacific Gem

Nice pale ale with a medium bitter sensation, classic hoppy aromas. The taste is in pair with the aromas.Didn’t take notes ’cause I was ib a pub

Keg @ Six North Opening Night. Pours yellow nice thick white head. Nose is pineapple, peach, orange and some resin at the end. Taste is a touch floral straight away leading to big resin pine finish.

14/20 hoppy, mango and passion fruit, smooth, very good but I guess it's like a lot of other beers. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle 33cl, a cloudy golden ale with medium head. Nose is on exotic fruits. Aroma is on exotic fruits, lemon, medium malty body, mandarina, medium bitterness, very classic APA, nothing outstanding here.

330ml bottle. Cloudy orangey colour (maybe because the yeast fell in and apparently it’s supposed to stay in the bottle for this one) with one finger white head. Aroma: hops and some pale malts, citrus fruit, tropical fruit, mango. Taste: hoppy, tropical and citrus fruits, little bit of yeast, malt. Bitter finish. Good.

Bottle 33cl. Poured into a teku glass. Slightly unclear pale amber, average foamy white head, diminishing slowly, sticky lacing; clean fruity aroma, grapefruit, mango, peach, orange, pine; smooth taste medium sweet and bitter, malty, fruity, light toffee; mild dry and fruity finish; medium body, oily texture, average carbonation; crisp, well-balanced and pleasant, very nice.

My Bottom Line:
Well-developed tropical fruit are accompanied by flowers and coniferous resins in this characterful New World-style Pale Ale.

Further Personal Perceptions:
-A sizeable head of foam tops the misty golden shine.
-Mouthfeel is frothy and on the dry side, which increases drinkability.
-The aroma is highly pleasant.
-This hoppy brew isn’t good because it is intense; it is good because it is chock full of bright flavors.

Bottle.

On tap at Söder Om, Malmö. Pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Quite bitter with a light sweetness. Heavy hops aromas of lemons with hints of grapefruit. Also light malty notes of grains. Medium bodied. Medium carbonation. Long bitter finish.

On tap @ BierCab. Soo thirsty, that I think this will be a good one no matter what it tastes like. It starts really good with a glowing peach orange cloudy body under a huge almost fluffy lingering white head. Fruity hoppy nose with peaches, lots of nice fruit sweetness and grass. Really inviting. Lots of citrus and grapefruit in the grassy well hopped taste. It’s light oily in the mouth and about average on the bubbles. As mentioned anything would be nice right about now, but this was actually really good. A really nice piney finish on this one - something the massive burp really revealed. Yeah, a summary delicious well hopped American pale ale on a lovely day. 11.08.2014
