thewolf (13003) - Kolding, DENMARK - JUN 29, 2017
Bottle, [email protected] Middelfart. Pours lovely deep orange with a great, staying, creamy white head. Aroma has sweet malts, pear, bubblegum, oranges, bergamot, light peach. Medium carbonation, fine dry and fairly fat creamy mouthfeel. Flavour has mild malts, fairly heavy bitterness, again some of that bubblegum sweetness on top but not as ott as most other sorachi beers. Fresh and very drinkable.

Tinaccio (555) - Milano, ITALY - JUN 7, 2017
On keg at Craft Beer and Co, St Mary Axe, London, UK. Aroma is leaf, herbs, grass, basil, mint, pine, notes of caramel and malts. Taste is fresh, spices and peppermint. Medium bitter. Body is medium to full, carbonation is fine, texture is oily. Finish is really fresh, with herbs and grass flavour.

CloakedDagger (3008) - - MAY 3, 2017
Bottle 33 cl. Cloudy opaque golden with a rich, off-white head. Very distinct Sorachi aroma - in this one it comes out mostly like dill. Rich body, very chewy malts, both fruity and biscuity with distinct Sorachi throughout. Dry finish, not overly bitter. Not really the best Sorachi beer, and I’m normally a sucker for Sorachi. 030517
