Draft at Bamberger Weissbierhaus during the Bamberg Jolly. Pours perfectly clear yellow with a foamy white head. Really nice pils, good dry cereal character, with a bit of crunchy straw giving bitterness. Light bodied with average carbonation. Lightly hoppy in the finish, with great crunchy cereal, straw, white bread. Solid, super drinkable, lovely.
